This abstract based session will review recent research in the evaluation and management of these conditions. Attendees will gain insights into the impact of Belzutifan on pancreatic cystic lesions and neuroendocrine tumors in Von Hippel-Lindau disease, the role of next-generation sequencing in changing management strategies, and the safety and efficacy of EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation for BD-IPMNs. Additionally, the session will cover surveillance outcomes in elderly patients, progression of sub-centimeter pancreatic cysts in diabetic patients, and differentiation of main duct-IPMN from chronic pancreatitis-related dilated pancreatic duct.
