SOCIETY: AGA A multidisciplinary approach to patient care has proven to improve patient outcomes for a variety of gastrointestinal conditions. This session will demonstrate several models that have been successfully implemented at institutions and practices throughout the United States and discuss lessons learned and successes based on real world scenarios.
