The evaluation and management of suspected LPRD is complex and historically, patients have a poor response to traditional anti-reflux therapies. An international multidisciplinary initiative inclusive of ENT, GI, SLP, psychology was conducted from 2023 to 2025. This session will present the determinations from this initiative and review the state of the art in definition, evaluation and management of LPRD. This session will be highly relevant to clinical practice in GI, behavioral therapy, and surgeons
