This program will focus on the concept of imposter syndrome and how women can address their perceptions of value and worth to optimize leadership opportunities and work satisfaction. We will start with a keynote speech from a female gastroenterologist with experience in this arena, followed by a panel Q&A including three female leaders from across our GI societies.
