Society: AGA

This symposium will discuss three difficult diagnoses during neoplasia surveillance in patients with IBD: invisible, indefinite, and non-conventional dysplasia. For each of these 3 entities, a pathologist-clinician pair will discuss the histologic criteria, endoscopic findings, and clinical significance in terms of patient follow-up and prognostic implications. The dynamic set up of this forum will deliver lively discussion, important take-home points, and opportunities for the participants to pose their own questions and comments.
