SOCIETY: AGA Discover innovative approaches to study gastrointestinal biology and pathophysiology using organoids and engineered organ systems. The session will identify cutting edge approaches to generate and modify gastrointestinal organoids and engineered organ systems and demonstrate how these models are being used to study a diverse array of gastrointestinal diseases.

Presentations:

MODELING GASTRIC CANCER IN ORGANOIDS: LEVERAGING THE POWER OF CRISPR/CAS9 GENOME EDITING
USING ORGANIODS TO MODEL THE COMPLEXITY OF HUMAN INTESTINAL BIOLOGY AND DISEASES
ORGANOID MODELS OF COLORECTAL TUMOR METASTASIS
ORGANOID MODELS TO STUDY INFECTIOUS DIARRHEAL DISEASES
