This session will evaluate emerging evidence and its potential impact on current clinical guidelines for common gastrointestinal (GI) conditions. Attendees will explore the epidemiology of iron deficiency anemia, lifestyle and genetic factors in diverticular disease, and the cost-effectiveness of population screening for celiac disease. Additionally, the session will assess the benefits and harms of various pancreatic cyst management and surveillance guidelines, as well as strategies to prevent pancreatitis post-endoscopic procedures.
