AGA Academy of Educators Plenary

SOCIETY: AGA The AGA Academy of Educators Plenary session is our opportunity to reunite the community of colleagues who consider teaching to be an important part of their careers. We will hear project updates from each of our four grant winners. We will then focus on coaching, starting with an overview of the process and impact of coaching. Indira Bhavsar-Burke will share how she has used coaching to help learners improve their performance. Elisa Boden will share how she has coached colleagues toward more sustainable careers. Finally, we will wrap up with announcements about the Academy of Educators and share ways that members can become more engaged.
