Organoids and ex vivo tissue models have become a staple in functional studies for gastrointestinal cancers and many variations on techniques have arose. In this state-of-the-art session, we will hear from leading experts on the various pipelines for patient-derived organoid and ex vivo tissue establishment as well as applications to deepen our understanding of GI carcinogenesis.
