Loren Laine is a Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Section of Digestive Diseases at the Yale School of Medicine as well as Medical Chief of Digestive Health for the Yale New Haven Health System. He is a past President of the AGA, has been a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and of the Gastrointestinal Drugs Advisory Committee for the Food and Drug Administration, and has served as an associate editor for the journals Gastroenterology and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
