Kate Scarlata, MPH, RDN, is a globally recognized registered dietitian specializing in food intolerance related to gastroenterology conditions, with more than 35 years of clinical experience. She is a respected author, researcher and speaker, known for her impactful work in GI nutrition. Kate is a New York Times best-selling co-author of 21-Day Tummy Diet and has also co-authored The Low FODMAP Diet Step by Step. Her most recent book, Mind Your Gut—written alongside leading GI psychologist Dr. Megan Riehl—was released in 2024.
