
Jennifer M Kolb

Dr. Kolb is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and interventional endoscopist at UCLA and the West LA VA. She completed medical school and residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She did her GI fellowship at the University of Colorado and advanced endoscopy training at UC Irvine. Her clinical work encompasses a broad set of interventional endoscopy procedures including EUS, ERCP, advanced resection, endobariatrics, and third space endoscopy. She has a particular interest in interventions for foregut disease including Barrett’s esophagus related neoplasia, esophageal motility disorders, GERD, and obesity. Dr. Kolb’s main research interest is Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer. Her work focuses on strategies for early cancer detection through novel testing modalities, refined screening algorithms and improved quality of endoscopy.
