
Amit Singal
UT Southwestern Medical Center
Dr. Singal is a Professor of Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center and serves as Chief of Hepatology and Director of the Liver Tumor Program. His research focuses on prevention, screening and treatment of HCC, including evaluation of interventions to improve early cancer detection and reduce HCC-related mortality. He has over 300 peer-reviewed original publications and has been awarded the Willis Maddrey Distinguished Chair in Liver Disease and Blue Faery Award for Excellence in Liver Cancer Research.
